I Didn't Know

I Didnt Know:

I didn't know that I was dead,when I woke up this morning,
that through the night while others slept,I'd left without a warning.
I thought it odd I felt no pain, when I jumped out of bed,
the noticed absence of its presence, pounding in my head.
And it was strange ,that I could move about my house with ease,
that I could bend and straighten up my tired crippled knees.
I must have slipped out quietly, before the break of dawn,
I didn't know that when I woke this morning,I was gone.
