What an interesting life you've had Frank, not to mention the wonderful memories that you now share with us, and what exactly did you do with the pigeons, haven't tried them myself but, I've heard that they are quite delicious!! Love the poem.

Aaaaargh!.....I couldn't EAT! my precious pigeons!......they were my life. and also football when I was that age........girls came a little bit later...hahaha.....I loved that time of my life back then ...I was free as a bird...just like my pigeons........I ended up giving them all..including the loft to a young lad..(when I got married to my lovely Mary)......have a lovely day Cecilia......

Thanks Ann..I used to live not too far from Penny Lane...and often drive up, and down that area...before I retired...."it's in my ears, and in my eyes."...

Thanks Chris.....hahaha....I'd love a dolphin as a pet....I remember getting a goldfish off the "rag'n' bone man every time he came round our street...I had loads in a little goldfish bowl......and couldn't understand why they kept dying....Popeye...great name for a goldfish......thanks again mate..
