I'm the first...in line...at the DMV......
And, at the DMV...it's all "Take a number, please..."
...But, my numbers' on hold...they're usin' dum line fones...
You see, my damn, dum fone...yeah, I got it on a loan...
I hear impatient people...behind me moan and groan
I think I even heard someone yell "F*ck, Line, Go!!!"
Glass crack, battery pack...dum fone broke
I got offline to ask for a better tone...
She misunderstood, and then she let my minutes roam...
...This receptionist has bad recep-she-own...
Then, she handed me this yellow, old, waxy corded fone...
I got tangled, almost strangled...with this dum line fone
As I gagged, I heard this trucker start to holler 'bout his toe
...Then, that guy slid by screamin' "F*ck, Line, Go!!!..."
See, my damn, dum fone...yeah, I got it on a loan...
Stuck in DMV zone...so, please leave me alone...
Cause I'm tangled, almost strangled...with this dum line fone
