Sunday's Blessings

poem by: Roxanne Dubarry
Written on Jun 08, 2026

On this fine blessed Sunday,
God's heavenly skies about us
may be a very light shade of gray.
but let us remember always to
rejoice in the Lord God for His
gift of yet another blessed
beautiful day.

God's heavenly skies above us
may be a very light shade of gray
this blessed Sunday but this is
the day that the Lord has made
and we will rejoice and be
glad in it.

This blessed Sunday God's
heavenly skies above us all
may be a very light shade of
grey. But let us rejoice and
be glad in it for yet another
beautiful day.

On this fine Sunday God's
heavenly skies above us all
both the great and the small.
May be a very light shade of
gray but let us rejoice and be
glad in in for God's free
gift of another blessed
beautiful day.

All of my love in Christ Jesus,
