It is becoming abundantly clear to me
Yes, it is becoming more and more abundantly clear
That the name of God is not really welcomed here
It is becoming more and more constrictive
In the world of literary endeavors.
Poems about faith are passing away on the roadside.
Much harder it is to mention any divine guide.
But why should it take the faith community by surprise?
It is very sad but also very true.
Why else should be passing on this information unto you?
Yeah, I have found it all to be true but it need not make
Any of us feel sad or blue?
This ole world has seen it's hey day come and gone
And all too soon like a vapor it will all pass away soon.
We have only one life to live and it will all too soon
Pass. Only what's done for Jesus Christ shall last.
It is becoming more evident to me inside the realm of poetry.
