IRREMOVABLE ME
What happens when an irremovable object
Now meets here an unstable force of nature
I the poet was gifted with brilliance all wager
Strength and vigilance a gift from Jehovah
I the poet blessed with long-term memory
Just as the dew penetrates the misty morning
My senses multiply by the dawning without warning
Conquering time and space as if tomorrow
My recollection of joy and sorrow ever so humble
Portraying distance figures dancing in the light of day
Judges who come forth to say life itself is a better way
Israel above all will stay Jehovah's promise will not die
Judgement opens the pearly skies and angels take flight
A harvest of souls was it not spoken by the prophet of Allah
My memory recalls a distant pass to bring again here at last
Into the Mist volume 9 poems
